Shipping, Returns and Delivery times

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Shipping policy and info

Once your order has been dispatched, AIM watches are not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier directly, to monitor the delivery of your purchase.

We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully to us or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

Pre-Orders

Products may be made available for pre-order whilst still in manufacturing.

Pre-orders will ship as soon as the products are completed and available in our workshop in Switzerland.

Estimated shipping dates provided within the product description may be subject to change if there are any delays in the manufacturing or shipping processes.

We will keep you up to date on your order via email or Whatsapp.

Customs and Tax charges

USA orders will have duties and taxes calculated at the checkout and paid upfront. The parcel will then be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) for an easy and hassle free customs experience. We use a tracked and signed delivery service.

Within the EU orders should include VAT at checkout, and no additional duties or taxes will be applicable.

Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier (handling agent).

Please note that you (as the client/importer) are responsible for settling any such fees or charges levied by your local customs office/government and/or handling agent, and not AIM watches.

International customers are responsible for any extra duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges imposed by their local authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

AIM is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier networks, local regulations or force majeure events.

All shipments are insured during transit unless otherwise stated.

Customs processing varies in each country so if you have any questions please reach out to your local customs office.

If you have any further questions, please email us at info@aimwatches.com or message across and we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Production schedules, customs processing and courier operations may affect delivery timelines.

Products

Where does AIM source the aircraft inside each watch?

AIM sources authentic historical aircraft materials from a variety of specialist aviation suppliers, collectors, retirement programmes, aircraft parting facilities and international auctions around the world.

All of the aircraft components used within our watches originate from retired aircraft with documented operational histories and registrations.

In certain cases, AIM acquires aviation artefacts through globally recognised auction houses and aviation memorabilia sales. For example, components used within our upcoming Concorde project were sourced from original British Airways Concorde artefacts sold through auctions including DoveBid.

Because of the historical nature of these materials, every aircraft insert carries its own unique markings, texture, patina, and character, making every AIM watch slightly different from the next.

At AIM, our goal is to preserve pieces of aviation history and give legendary aircraft a second life through mechanical watchmaking.

Does AIM have an affiliation with any airline or aircraft manufacturer?

All our products and creations are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any airline, aircraft operator, manufacturer, or their respective parent companies, affiliates, licensors, or partners.

Any references to aircraft registrations, aircraft history, fleet heritage, or operational background are used solely for descriptive, historical, and aircraft enthusiast identification purposes.

The up-cycled aircraft material contained within this timepiece originates from an aircraft that formerly flew in commercial service with the airline in which the aircraft skin or part originally operated.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and airlines. AIM Watches makes no claim of association with any airline, operator, or aviation brand.

Every effort has been made to avoid the use of third-party brand names, logos, liveries, or protected brand assets in the presentation, marketing, and sale of this product. If you feel we have infringed on your rights we will be happy to resolve any issues. Simply email info@aimwatches.com to discuss the matter without prejudice.
